Q: Why don't you have any listings for my city?
A: We are expanding this site city by city across America, but we're starting with the San Diego, California metro area and the state of Arizona because we know them best. If you would like us to serve your city, please contact us.
Q: Why doesn't a business listing have their hours posted?
A: We allow business owners and site visitors to submit hours of operation information anonymously to help make this site more useful for everyone. So if you see your favorite business and you know their store hours, you can submit open and/or close times for the particular days of the week that you know about. You can optionally save that business to your Favorites if you're signed in.
Q: I'm the business owner for a particular listing, but the information is incomplete. How do I fix that?
A: If your listing is missing some or all of the hours of operation information for the week, anyone--including yourself or your loyal patrons--can submit hours of operation directly on this site without registering. When the information is updated, your listing automatically appears in the Latest Updates listing for your city on our home page for free!
Once hours of operation information are set by you or your loyal patrons for some or all days of the week, those records become locked. This protects the business by discouraging strange activity regarding changes to your hours.
Also, competitors are discouraged from posting erroneous hours for your business because you will get a free advertisement on this site from their activity. If you find that the hours of operation is incorrect for your business anyway, please contact us and we will help you get the correct information posted to your listing as soon as possible.
Q: I'm a frequent patron of particular businesses, but their listings are missing some hours information that I happen to know about. Can I help?
A: Yes, anyone is free to submit hours information in any listing without registering. It's ok if you don't know the hours for each day. You can choose to update the particular days you know about. The business will thank you because they will get listed in our Latest Updates listings areas of the site, including our home page.
However, once a listing's hours of operation are set, those records are locked and only the business owner can contact BizMash, Inc. to get those records changed.
